Our services are delivered on a project-by-project basis as outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we commit to performing all audits and tests with professional diligence.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your systems, including access credentials, system architecture documentation, and operational data necessary for testing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any test results or findings shared with you. You must not use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, and tools developed by Nliq during the course of a project remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal operational purposes only. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or publicly disclose our proprietary methods without prior written consent.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential information and deliverables. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.
